Notepad applications should be boundless, with customizable interactivity at their core. We set out to create a document editor that breaks free from traditional, limited text formatting controls.

We created the Sunset Editor: an open source Vue.js component that you can plug into any application to get expressive Markdown and HTML editing within an easy-to-use, block based text editor.

Jot is a natural extension to the Sunset Editor. Create and edit custom documents in a refreshing new way, in a private and local notepad environment.
